Your Role

In Jönköping, we are around 50 consultants with a wide range of competencies – we are our customers' strongest partner in product development, delivering advanced technical solutions through consulting and service deliveries. We support and encourage each other and are keen on actively working to ensure high well-being in everything related to work. You will have the chance to become part of a strong team with a broad network of experienced colleagues in product development and mechanical design.

You will have regional and global colleagues and be part of a strong professional network in the field. You might envision leading technical development in various projects or taking on a specialized role in the design of machinery or production equipment.

Your Profile

You are innovative and enjoy collaborating with others – a key characteristic of Etteplan's engineers.

We are now looking for an experienced mechanical designer. To meet the expectations of your role, we see that:

• You are a university degree holder in Mechanical Engineering/Product Development
• You have at least 5 years of experience, preferably more
• You have been responsible for the development, design, and creation of your own components
• You master SolidWorks, CATIA, and/or Creo at a senior level and have been responsible for larger parts of the designs you have been involved in
• You have a valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car

Experience within the defense industry or consumer products sector is considered an asset.

Since some of our assignments are within the defense industry, the position may require a successful security clearance according to current security regulations. For roles subject to security classification, Swedish citizenship is also required.
