About the role
We are looking for industrial workers for ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Piteå. The tasks may vary and cover several different moments depending on the department. The positions involve work within logistics or production, where attention to detail, responsibility, and a strong sense of quality are crucial.

In the logistics department, tasks include forklift driving, handling goods, as well as packing and sorting components. Within production, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment. The work also includes ensuring high product quality by identifying and correcting any deviations. Overhead crane operation is also part of the duties.

The position is a full-time consulting assignment with a 6-month probation period, but with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. Working hours are scheduled for shift work. Common shift patterns are 3-shift, 4-shift, and 5-shift. Daytime shifts may also occur, for example, during the training period.

About you
We are looking for someone who is responsible, quality-conscious, and has a genuine interest in the industry. You thrive working towards common goals, but also have the ability to take initiative and drive your work forward with structure and precision. Good teamwork skills and communication skills are highly valued, as is your willingness to develop and learn new things. Additionally, you must have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Personal suitability weighs heavily, but we view it particularly positively if you have:

• Experience working in production or industry.
• Education/experience in electrical work, crafts, CNC, welding, or similar fields.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane license.
• Experience driving forklifts (A2-4, B1-2).
