Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the electrical contracting work in one of the largest temporary construction projects being carried out in Sweden. The project will last for several years, and you will play a vital role in the construction and operation of the temporary electrical installation.

A central part of the role is to take on the responsibility as the Electrical Operations Manager for the temporary electricity on site. The role involves significant safety responsibility and requires you to feel confident making decisions regarding electrical safety and operations. You will work closely with electricians, project managers, customers, suppliers, and other contractors.

Examples of tasks:

• Plan, lead, and monitor the electrical contracting work
• Take responsibility for the electrical operation of the temporary electrical installation
• Perform electrical calculations and ensure technical solutions
• Manage the project's budget, forecasts, and invoicing
• Participate in construction and coordination meetings
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with ESA (Electrical Safety Instructions)

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in electrical project management
• Upper secondary education in electricity and energy, or equivalent
• Knowledge of low- and high-voltage installations
• Experience in planning and designing electrical installations
• Good knowledge of ESA and working according to electrical safety regulations
• Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

It is meritorious if you have experience as an Electrical Operations Manager, are trained as an electrical power engineer, or hold an electrical authorization. We also view it positively if you have BAS-P/BAS-U certifications and experience with the dimensioning tool EL-VIS.
