About the Role

As a Service Manager with us, you will work with project management of maintenance and services within switchgear, power stations, and industries in our service agreements regarding station maintenance.
We are looking for you who are motivated by creating the best conditions for the technicians in the field and for the organization. In the role of Service Manager, you will primarily work from the office at your establishment, but you will also be out in the field to some extent to ensure that projects run as they should. The work is carried out very independently, but at the same time, it requires great cooperation and communication skills with both internal and external actors. You will work closely with a service manager who works towards the same customer agreement.
Some of your main tasks:
- Responsibility for commercial planning and the implementation of projects through work leadership, administration, and coordination
- Inform and report on the status of projects to the client
- Responsible for the financial outcome of the projects as well as handling closures and follow-up on the economy
- Participate in construction meetings and negotiations with the customer
- Actively contribute to new business with new and existing customers
- Actively contribute to us creating Sweden's safest workplace together
Day trips are a natural part of the work as a Service Manager. A small number of overnight stays may occur.
Requirements
As a Service Manager with us, you will be the technicians' primary contact for the work performed in the field. It is important that you have an easy time getting into different computer systems, have administrative experience, and are comfortable in an environment where you drive and follow up on many administrative flows simultaneously. You work methodically, keep order in the system, and ensure that information and status are always up to date.
We are therefore looking for you who want to take responsibility and have a great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act commercially with good entrepreneurship, and you would never let profitability take precedence over safety. At Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!
We know that you will develop together with us, but we would like you to already have:
- A completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably within electricity, high voltage, technology, economics, or another relevant area
- Very good computer skills (Office package) as well as experience of process-controlled work in case management systems
- Advantageous work experience in work leadership or project management
- Advantageous work experience within the electricity or high voltage sector
- Advantageous experience from the contracting industry
- Class B driver's license, as travel occurs in the position
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. English is advantageous
