About the position

To live an active and meaningful life, our client has personal assistance around the clock, including some double assistance. As a personal assistant, you support him in everyday life – security and responsiveness are central keywords in the assignment. The work includes personal care, household chores, support in daily activities, as well as activities such as swimming and exercise. Since he does not communicate with speech, but with body language, emotions, and sounds, it is important that you are attentive and have an easy time reading signals.

Who we are looking for

For you to thrive together, we believe you are an empathetic, stable, and positive person with good collaboration skills. You are responsive, inspire trust, and have a genuine interest in working with people. You have the ability to take initiative, think creatively, and give that little extra. Experience in personal assistance or similar work is meritorious, but personal suitability is what we place the greatest emphasis on – especially your ability to interact with the client and colleagues in the group.

• Part-time position of approx. 70-75%
• Hourly substitutes as needed
• Working hours include Day, evening, weekend, and night (waiting time) according to schedule
• You will receive an introduction and shadowing with an experienced assistant
