Your role

In the role of Production and Preparation Technician, you work with preparing, maintaining, and improving our customers' production processes. Common areas of work include developing manufacturing methods and production processes, dimensioning production flows, and improving and rationalizing methods and processes within production.

Preparation and technical documentation are a natural part of the work. You are also an important part of our customers' product development process, where you are responsible for the industrialization of new products, from prototype to series production. In some cases, this also includes the design and creation of assembly fixtures and tools, which requires knowledge of design and CAD.

Your profile

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for you who want to develop as a Production Technician. You are someone who likes to take on new challenges, is curious, has a positive attitude, and has the ability to build good relationships and collaborations.

You have a B driver's license and are proficient in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. To meet our customers' needs, you need:

• To be educated as a university engineer or have many years of practical experience in production development
• Have a good understanding of production processes, production flows, quality assurance, and machine safety
• Have a good basic technical understanding
