Your Responsibilities

As COO, you have overall responsibility for the operational activities and ensure that the organization delivers with high quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Take result responsibility for transport and production activities.
• Lead traffic managers, traffic control, and operational support functions.
• Be responsible for the vehicle fleet, capacity planning, and supplier collaborations.
• Ensure high delivery precision, productivity, and cost control.
• Drive issues related to work environment, safety, quality, and sustainability.
• Develop the company's working methods, structure, and follow-up systems.
• Work actively with KPI management and operational business development.
• Translate strategic goals into concrete activities and results.
• Be a central part of the management team and contribute to the company's continued development.

Important to Know

The position is located in Hjärnarp, just north of Ängelholm, and is a business-close role where your presence makes a difference. To succeed, you need to be a visible leader who thrives close to the operations and the people driving it forward every day.

You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other members of the management team, and have several internal and external contact areas. The role also involves contact with suppliers, partners, and group functions.

Our Expectations

We are looking for you who have experience leading larger operational businesses with high demands on delivery, productivity, and results. You likely have an educational background in economics and have worked in similar leadership roles in recent years. Regardless of title, it is important that you have experience leading managers, driving change, and creating results through others.

We believe you have experience from transport, logistics, distribution, production, terminal operations, or other personnel-intensive activities where operations run for large parts of the day and where delivery capability is business-critical. You are accustomed to working with financial follow-up, KPIs, and business management. You understand the connection between people, quality, capacity, and profitability and have the ability to make well-founded decisions even in complex situations.

As a leader, you are secure, clear, and trustworthy. You build relationships naturally and find it easy to create engagement among employees, managers, and partners. At the same time, you are structured, business-minded, and have the courage to make decisions when needed.
