Svensk Fastighetsförmedling's office in Santa Catalina, Palma, Mallorca, is now looking for a motivated real estate agent who wants to become part of our growing team. If you have a strong sales drive and are motivated by delivering outstanding customer experiences, you will thrive with us. You will become part of an energetic team working closely together to find attractive properties, understand customers' needs, and help clients from various markets find their dream home.

About the role

As a real estate agent in Palma de Mallorca, your main responsibilities will include:

• Establishing contact with potential buyers and conducting needs analyses
• Meeting clients planning to buy property in Mallorca
• Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Conducting property viewings and presenting different areas
• Supporting clients with questions regarding housing and the purchasing process

You will receive support from experienced colleagues and access to efficient tools that help you work smarter and more effectively. This gives you the opportunity to focus on what you do best – selling properties and creating satisfied customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in direct sales
• Residing in Mallorca with good knowledge of the island and Palma
• Valid B-class driver's license
• Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
