• Leading projects with both brain and heart

• A university degree in engineering, IT, electronics, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management within industry, software, hardware, or electronics.
• Experience with various project methods such as agile methods, waterfall, Lean, etc.
• A strong leader with good communication skills.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
