Working as a hotel receptionist means no two days are alike, so it is important that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a solution-oriented mindset. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people and creating positive experiences for our guests. You feel comfortable in a quick and dynamic environment and have a problem-solving personality.

You are a team player who can work efficiently both independently and in a group. You understand the importance of service and have an eye for detail – you see the big picture in the small things.

You are flexible and self-reliant.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing. You must be at least 20 years old as the role involves serving alcohol (according to the Swedish Alcohol Act, Chapter 8, Section 18).

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Daily front office tasks, from guest check-in to check-out.
• Handling bookings, payments, emails, and guest inquiries.
• Light cleaning of the reception, lobby, and bar areas.
• Supporting other departments to ensure daily tasks are completed.

You always deliver the highest possible quality and service and understand the importance of first and last impressions. You collaborate smoothly with colleagues to create a pleasant experience for our guests.
