Come and work with us and become our new Service Hero! Join a fun team focused on sales and customer service. We are looking for restaurant and bar staff for our restaurant, Drott Bar.

Main responsibilities:

You will play a key role in creating unique and memorable experiences for our guests.

The work is primarily during evenings and weekends.

You are guest-focused and dedicated to providing an excellent guest experience. You will mix and serve drinks, cocktails, and food according to our standards.

Background and personal qualities:

You are an organized team player who enjoys meeting all guests with a warm welcome and delivering exceptional service. Additionally:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a bartender or waiter/waitress.
• Ambitious and interested in working in a high-paced environment with high standards.
• An outgoing personality with an easy way of communicating with guests.
• Structured and good organizational skills.
• Service is your passion, and you have a genuine love for food and drink.

Drott Bar is more than just a bar; we are a cozy restaurant focused on small dishes. We also host After Work every Friday, Quiz nights, Champagne & Caviar Thursdays, and Vinyl nights!

We have a collective agreement that provides you with a secure and good working environment, holiday pay, and pension contributions.
