Job Description
In the role of Project Engineer and Coordinator for the Sydostlänken program, you work to create structure and support in daily operations. You help coordinate and follow up on common working methods within areas such as finance, scheduling, quality, risk, and digital project management.
You work closely with the Project Manager and support administration, planning, reporting, and follow-up. The role also involves coordinating meetings for the program's management group and steering group, preparing materials and documentation, and ensuring that information and working methods are kept together in a clear and structured manner.
In your daily work, you have contact with several different functions within the Railway South department and business control within Major Projects. This role suits you if you enjoy administrative tasks, like order and structure, and want to contribute to effective working methods and good coordination in a large project.

This role suits you if you have a structured way of working, are analytical, meticulous, and result-oriented, have the ability to see the big picture, and can look ahead to develop structures and processes that meet the organization's future needs. The role involves a lot of contact, so as a person, you should be relationship-building and have good collaboration skills, where you easily inspire and create involvement while daring to challenge the business with new perspectives and alternative solutions to problems. At the Sydostlänken program, we value a good and positive work climate, and we are looking for someone who shares this.
We are looking for you who have:
- A university or college education in economics or urban planning of at least 180 credits, or alternatively other education combined with experience that we assess as equivalent
- Some years of experience in administration, for example follow-up, finance, forecasts, resource management, and risk management
- Good knowledge of the Office suite and confidence in digital working methods
- Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
We consider it meritorious if you have:
- Experience from large infrastructure projects within construction and civil engineering
- Experience in developing, creating, or managing working methods and routines

The location for the position is Kristianstad.
In this recruitment, web-based tests are used as part of the selection process. Interviews are planned to be conducted via Skype in week 35.
