We are now looking for a positive and engaged receptionist for an exciting assignment with an international company in Uppsala. Here you will have a central role where you are responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression while supporting daily office operations.

As a receptionist, you will among other things:

• 📞 Manage the company's switchboard and incoming calls
• 👋 Welcome visitors and guests
• 📬 Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• 💻 Manage incoming inquiries via email, Teams, and Jira
• 🤝 Liaise with suppliers, property owners, and other external parties
• 🆕 Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
• 🏢 Ensure that shared spaces such as meeting rooms, kitchen, and lounge are well-organized and pleasant
• 📅 Provide administrative support for meetings and internal communications
• 📦 Order office supplies and other consumables

• Have previous experience from reception, customer service, or another service-oriented role
• Are accustomed to working with digital tools, preferably Outlook, Teams, and Jira
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
• Are social, positive, and enjoy meeting people
• Take initiative, work independently, and have a solution-oriented approach
• Are structured and thrive with many contact surfaces
