There are moments when everything just works. When a property feels safe, well-maintained, and sustainable. When people can focus on their work without worrying about what is happening behind the scenes. That is when we know we have done our job.
At Luotea, we work every day through collaboration, courage, and keeping our feet on the ground to create value beyond the surface. We lead the way to a smarter tomorrow – and now we are looking for you who want to help shape it.
We are looking for an experienced Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety (QEHS) Manager who wants to take over where our current manager leaves off, and continue developing the strong work that is already established. This is a central role in our organization, where you, together with your QEHS specialist, will be the hub of our work with quality, environment, and occupational health & safety.
At Luotea, you make a real difference
Safety and health are the most important things we have. This requires active, present, and systematic work – and you are the one holding the whole together. We have a well-functioning management system, certified according to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Your task will be to manage what works, develop what can be even better, and ensure that our processes and routines function and live in everyday life.
An important part of your responsibility is also to monitor new laws, regulations, and industry requirements, and ensure that we implement them quickly and safely into the business. You are the one who sees the changes coming – and helps us stay one step ahead.
You work closely with operations, management, and our support functions, and have personnel responsibility for an experienced and independent employee. You will also become an important part of our growing Nordic cooperation with Finland, where we together build common ways of working and standards to achieve our goals.
This is a role for you who want to combine operational presence with strategic development, and who thrive on creating order, clarity, and security in a business that is constantly developing. You are a member of both the Operations and People and Operational Excellence management groups.
Your areas of responsibility – in brief
- Lead and develop Luotea's work within quality, environment, and occupational health & safety.
- Further develop our established management system and ensure compliance.
- Ensure that operations work according to our processes and routines.
- Monitor, interpret, and implement new laws, regulations, and authority requirements.
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Lead the work with deviations, analyses, and improvement measures.
- Ensure that training is carried out and that knowledge is kept alive.
- Participate in the launch of new businesses and ensure QEHS delivery.
- Drive environmental work, for example within emission reduction and chemical management.
- Strengthen and lead the safety culture in the organization – with a focus on health, security, and zero accidents.
- Contribute to common Nordic ways of working together with Finland.
About you
You are confident in your competence and have worked with QEHS issues for several years. You are structured, responsible, and used to creating order and clarity. You are used to a high pace and continuously prioritizing your tasks. You are communicative, curious, and brave enough to challenge old ways of working – always with respect, facts, and care as a foundation. You thrive in a role where you get to both think and do. Where you get to be close to the operations, but also contribute to the long-term direction.
To succeed in the role, you have
- At least 5 years of experience in QEHS work.
- Very good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Experience with management systems and auditing.
- Experience with legal monitoring and implementation of new requirements.
- Good Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- Category B driver's license.
Meritorious
- Experience from real estate, FM, or facility cleaning.
- Experience with chemical management systems or occupational health & safety systems.
