Do you want to lead one of Sweden's most results-oriented telemarketing teams?

VIASALES is growing rapidly and is now looking for a structured, engaged, and business-driven Project Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our telemarketing projects.

This role is for you if you have sales experience, understand how a sales organization works, and are driven by developing both people and results. You will work closely with management and play a central role in the daily operations of our telemarketing projects.

About the Role

As Project Manager for Telemarketing, you are responsible for the operational management of our sales projects. You ensure that the teams have the right conditions to perform, monitor key figures, and actively work with coaching, structure, and development.

You will become a key link between the salespeople, team leaders, and management, having significant influence over the development and results of the projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop our telemarketing projects in daily operations.
  • Ensure that project goals and KPIs are met.
  • Coach and support team leaders and salespeople to achieve higher performance.
  • Monitor sales results and analyze key figures.
  • Plan staffing and ensure the right resources are available for the projects.
  • Work closely with management to develop working methods, processes, and sales strategies.
  • Act as the contact person for our clients when needed.
  • Create a positive culture where motivation, structure, and results go hand in hand.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in project management or operational responsibility within sales.
  • Has worked with telemarketing, preferably in telecommunications or a similar industry.
  • Has experience leading, coaching, or developing sales teams.
  • Is structured and accustomed to working towards clear goals and KPIs.
  • Is analytical and enjoys monitoring results.
  • Is communicative, solution-oriented, and humble.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.
