About the assignment
We are currently looking for an experienced Operations and Maintenance Planner within Water & Wastewater (VA) and Grounds (MARK) for Stockholm Arlanda Airport. This assignment involves providing crucial consulting support in operational planning, preparation, and coordination of maintenance activities in daily operations.

You will work both operationally and strategically – ensuring efficient daily planning while driving the development of structures and working methods for maintenance processes.

Your responsibilities

• Operational planning and preparation of maintenance activities
• Prioritization and handling of work orders
• Resource planning and follow-up
• Coordination between planning and execution
• Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance processes
• Structuring working methods within MARK and VA
• Integration of working methods into existing maintenance systems

Assignment goals

During the period, you will:

• Establish a functioning structure for maintenance planning
• Develop and implement a standardized maintenance process
• Ensure that working methods are used in daily work
• Contribute to improved work order management and prioritization

This is a consulting assignment through Adecco, starting: week 34–35. The assignment is expected to last until 2027-01-01, with a possibility of extension. The work is performed primarily at Stockholm Arlanda Airport and requires 100% on-site presence.

About you
You should have the following qualifications:

• Technical education (technical high school diploma or equivalent)
• At least 3–5 years of experience in:
  • Maintenance planning or technical maintenance
  • Planning and preparation of maintenance activities
• Knowledge of maintenance methodology according to EN 13306
• Experience with PM systems/CMMS/EAM
• Experience with KPI monitoring and analysis
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Competence in MARK and/or VA
• Experience in coordination or team leadership

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in change and improvement work
• Experience with IFS
