At A-Talent Tech, we are now looking for a Land Manager for a consultancy assignment with one of our clients in Haninge.
In this role, you are responsible for the planning, development, and follow-up of land management within an assigned property portfolio. You work closely with both colleagues and the business operations, contributing to long-term sustainable and efficient management.
About the Role
As a Land Manager, you hold the overall business responsibility for the land associated with the properties in your area. The role involves both strategic and operational work, where you plan for both the short and long term, prioritize initiatives, and monitor results.
You lead and structure the work together with land technicians, coaching and motivating them to achieve set goals. You drive development, contribute to improved working methods, and serve as a stable and clear role model within the organization.
The role is customer-facing and involves ongoing dialogue with the business operations, where a service-oriented and professional approach is central.
Responsibilities
In close collaboration with other functions, you are responsible for land management within your assigned area. You plan maintenance and investment work and prepare documentation for major measures.
The role includes budget, forecast, and cost responsibility, as well as result follow-up. You ensure that work is carried out in accordance with current laws and regulations and that set goals are met.
You coordinate and prepare major renovation and maintenance projects in close cooperation with relevant specialist functions.
Furthermore, you contribute to the development of work processes, routines, and methods, and actively participate in the digital development of the business.
We are looking for someone who
Has education in gardening/land management, for example, upper secondary education, vocational higher education (YH), or equivalent, or has acquired equivalent competence through experience. You have at least five years of experience in similar work.
You have experience with budgeting and forecasting, and have worked with property-adjacent land management where responsibility for maintenance planning, project management, and follow-up has been included.
You have good IT skills, preferably experience with property systems, and good knowledge of O365. A valid B-driver's license is required.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by A-Talent Tech and work on-site with our client in Haninge.
