Location: Central Umeå (Thulehuset)

Working hours: Standard office hours, Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 (flexibility when needed is expected)

Start date: Mid-August

Here, you will become a key player in our work managing incoming customer relations via phone, email, and chat. For over 30 years, we have successfully created and deepened relationships between people and businesses. Today, we are an established and secure employer collaborating with several of the market's largest brands. We are now looking for the next dedicated employee to join our team.

About the role and workplace

The position is located in our modern, newly renovated office on the 10th floor of the Thulehuset building in central Umeå, with views of the river.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will work in a small, tight-knit team where you jointly handle customer contact for several different brands in parallel. Since our clients have a broad customer base, communication takes place daily in both Swedish and English. We achieve this through dedicated employees, a clear value base, and transparent internal dialogue.

Scope and conditions: This is a full-time position starting with a 6-month probationary period, with good opportunities for a subsequent permanent employment contract. We offer a guaranteed salary of 24,458 SEK per month according to our collective agreement with Unionen, but you also have good opportunities to influence your final salary through your performance.

Qualifications and profile

To succeed in this role, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and possess a high degree of personal maturity. The work requires you to handle multiple parallel tasks and projects, which demands good stress tolerance and the ability to make independent decisions in line with our quality goals. As you will work in and switch between different digital systems and platforms for the various brands, it is a great advantage if you are technically inclined and find it easy to adapt to new digital environments.

Our requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
  • Completed upper secondary education or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience and verifiable references.
  • Good computer skills and a strong technical interest.

Previous experience in similar roles within customer service, support, or administration is advantageous. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your potential to develop within the organization.
