Key Responsibilities

• In the role of Production Engineer, you work both analytically and operationally to drive improvements and create clear progress in matters concerning operations, technology, capacity, and customer needs. Drive technical and operational investigations related to operations, deviations, and customer inquiries.
• Analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose practically feasible actions.
• Initiate and drive improvement initiatives regarding working methods, routines, and technology.
• Ensure progress, implementation, and follow-up of decided actions.
• Coordinate between operations, technology, and projects, and contribute the business perspective in investments and pre-studies.
• Identify operational risks, capacity issues, and technical limitations.
• Contribute to improved efficiency, working environment, and maintenance in terminal operations.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a technical background and experience from industrial operations. You are accustomed to working closely with operations and have the ability to drive issues from analysis to implementation.

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience from process industry or similar environments.
• Experience in driving projects or improvement initiatives.
• Good understanding of industrial operations and technical processes.
• Experience in technical investigations and analysis work.
• Advantageous with experience from terminal operations, energy, shipping, or risk management.

As a person, you are proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have an easy time analyzing complex issues and transforming information into clear decision-making foundations. With your communicative and non-hierarchical style, you create good collaborations within the organization, while independently driving your issues forward.
