The Quality Unit is an important part of the Care Administration. Our mission is to contribute to ensuring that operations maintain high quality, are legally secure, and offer safe and secure care and support. We work closely with the operations and serve as both a support and a driving force in development – focusing on creating conditions for a structured and sustainable way of working.

Here, several specialist functions meet, creating a dynamic work environment where different competencies can take place and strengthen each other. Among others, the medically responsible nurse (MAS), medically responsible for rehabilitation (MAR), social responsible coordinator (SAS), dietitian, dementia nurse, registrar, and board secretary work side by side. Together, we share knowledge, support each other, and contribute to a whole that makes a difference in operations. In daily life, this means close collaboration, dialogue, and a culture where development and curiosity are encouraged.

The work of the Care Administration rests on a common value base where security is at the center. The Quality Unit therefore plays an important role in creating structures and ways of working that make this possible in practice.

Job Responsibilities

As Head of the Quality Unit, you will have a central role in leading and developing work with quality, legal security, and governance. You are responsible for planning, leading, and distributing work within the unit and have personnel responsibility for the employees in the unit. Together, you create conditions for an operation characterized by structure, quality, and continuity.

In your assignment, you have overall responsibility for the unit's work. This includes, among other things, leading and developing the management system for systematic quality work, being responsible for quality and contract follow-ups, and ensuring that the work is carried out with high patient safety. You are also responsible for areas such as board administration, registrar, and archives, as well as issues concerning information security, data protection, and compliance with legislation, including GDPR.

An important part of the work is to create an overview in a complex operation. You collect, analyze, and structure information that becomes an important basis for governance, follow-up, and development. With a curious and solution-oriented approach, you drive the development of methods, processes, and systematics within the quality area.

You also have a supporting role towards the operations, where you contribute to managers and employees getting the right conditions to work structured and in accordance with current legislation. This also includes developing and managing the use of operation systems and quality tools, such as Platina and Treserva.

The role is both strategic and operational. You are expected to take a holistic view and drive development forward, while also stepping in and contributing to the daily work when needed. Qualifications

Required for the role

• University education in fields such as social work, political science, law, or another area that the employer deems equivalent
• Experience in leading strategic development and/or investigative work
• Experience working in a politically governed organization at a strategic level
• Experience in personnel leadership or management
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Terms of Employment

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting as agreed.
