Are you looking for a rewarding, fun, and varied job as a personal assistant? A job where you can make a difference for another person? Then I might have the assignment for you.

I am looking for a personal assistant who wants to work at my home in Västerås. You will help with everything in my daily life: meals, personal hygiene, and leisure interests. You will be my extended arm and step in to help where my disability sets limits. Your role also includes planning and structuring my daily life together with me, all to help me become as independent as possible.

I am a 24-year-old girl with autism and an intellectual disability. I also have epilepsy.

I live with my mom and dad in a villa just outside Västerås. My family also includes a horse, so you must not be allergic if you want to work with me.

My interests are music, singing, looking at pictures on my iPad, relaxing on the sofa, going to the playground, building with Lego and puzzles, horse riding, swimming, and going on outings.

You and I will stick together through thick and thin, on vacation, at parties, and in everyday life. We will develop a close relationship with each other. Therefore, it is important that the chemistry is right and that you get along well.

For this position, you must:

Working hours / Duration: The position is approximately 75% with a chance to move to full-time. The work is scheduled at varying times during the day, evening, and every third weekend. I currently have assistance between 06:00–20:00. The employment is according to the form "as long as the assistance assignment lasts".

Salary: Fixed hourly rate according to agreement. Other allowances according to collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately.
