As an Application Technician/Production Technician, you are responsible for Mazak's product range and serve as a key resource throughout the entire lifecycle of machine projects. The role can focus on the pre-sales process or post-sales process. Please indicate in your application which area interests you most, or if both options are of interest.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Responsible for updated machine specifications, technical descriptions, and datasheets within the product area
• Support sales teams with technical expertise during the sales process
• Develop technical solutions internally or in collaboration with system suppliers
• Provide sales-oriented and technical product information
• Develop production methods and time calculations
• Plan and conduct internal and external demo and test runs
• Visit customers, participate in customer events and trade fairs
• Drive projects until handover
• Conduct product commissioning at the customer site upon delivery
• Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test)

The position offers flexibility, and you can work from home. Travel is a natural part of the job as you will visit customers, participate in customer events, trade fairs, and conduct installations and tests at customer sites.

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology, production, and improvement work. You are results-oriented, structured, and enjoy taking responsibility. You have experience in production technology work and like to lead and drive projects. As a baseline, we expect you to have a production technology and/or workshop technology education. Experience with Mazak machines and/or automation is meritorious but not required, as you will receive complementary training from us.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.
