We are now hiring summer substitutes for our store Coop Norrliden in Kalmar. We want you, the applicant, to have good initiative and positive energy that is contagious. You see the customer's needs and deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative, happy to offer suggestions and ideas, and find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have the desire to constantly develop and improve both the business and yourself.

Your tasks will vary, and you will work with common store duties such as customer service, cash register work, and picking goods. The customer should always be met with a fresh and well-stocked store and receive top-class service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is always number one. You find it easy to build long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to shop with joy. You enjoy working at a fast pace and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Previous experience from working in the grocery retail sector is highly advantageous, but personal suitability is of utmost importance to us.

The positions are part-time summer substitutes during the period of weeks 28–33. Recruitment is ongoing, and the positions may be filled before the final application deadline. Working hours vary and include day and evening shifts as well as weekends.

• You must be at least 18 years old as you need to be able to work independently at the cash register.
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required.
• Previous experience in grocery retail is advantageous.
