About the position

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as a cadastral surveyor will include:
- Conducting cadastral surveys.
- Investigating and handling property law issues.
- Working with property formation and contributing to sustainable societal solutions.
- Providing advice to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring that work complies with current legislation.
- You will manage your own cases from start to decision and play a key role in the dialogue with property owners and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a university degree in surveying with a focus on property law. A degree from the education is required.
- Has knowledge of property law, current legislation, and public administration.
- Experience as a cadastral surveyor is meritorious, as many of the surveys are complex within the authority.
- We also welcome recent graduates.
Personal qualities
To succeed in the role, you are meticulous, analytical, and have a good ability to communicate complex legal issues in a clear and understandable way. You are also results-oriented and have a genuine interest in sustainable social development and improving the quality of life for our citizens. With good judgment, you work in a structured and quality-conscious manner. Since the work group is small, personal qualities will be given great weight in the evaluation.
