Rektor Area A
Our school area consists of four schools: Herrhagsskolan, Långsätterskolan, Nävekvarn School, and Buskhyttan School.
- Herrhagsskolan is located on Arnö among villas with forest and nature close by. The school has a well-functioning student and safety team as well as high teacher qualification levels. We have approx. 320 students.
- Buskhyttan School is located in the middle of the community of Buskhyttan, 1.5 miles south of Nyköping. The school has 26 students from preschool class to grade 3, as well as a leisure center department with space for all our students.
- Nävekvarn School is located by the shore of Bråviken, approx. 2.5 miles from Nyköping. The school has just over 60 students from preschool class to grade 6.

Job Description
In Area A, we are now looking for a certified primary school teacher for grades 4-6 at Herrhagsskolan. We work in teams where each team has a team leader from the Student Health Team (EHT). Together, you will develop your teaching so that you reach the students' development in the best possible way. You are part of the team and are responsible for teaching, mentoring, contact with guardians, as well as planning and follow-up of your teaching. Together, you challenge each other to develop as educators. Your teaching should be characterized by an inclusive learning environment and high student activity.
You are expected to participate in collegial learning, be part of the school's quality work, and participate actively in staff meetings.
Qualifications
You have a primary school teaching degree.
You have the ability to drive development forward through a language- and knowledge-developing approach. You see school development and systematic quality work as an important process in your daily life and part of the school's and educators' mission. You are a present and action-researching teacher who challenges and stimulates students to develop. A strong belief in teamwork and collegial learning as a success factor for pedagogical development is a given for you.
For the position, it is important that you have good cooperation skills since your work requires continuous cooperation with other colleagues and professions within the school. It also presupposes that you have high relational competence to create safe groups and good cooperation with guardians.
We are looking for you who have strong leadership skills and experience working in student groups where more students have neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF).
The position presupposes that you master Swedish well in both speech and writing.
From December 1, 2013, a certification requirement applies for permanent employment. Attach your certification to your application.
