Our Swimming Unit operates four swimming facilities in Östersund Municipality. The facilities included in the unit are Storsjöbadet, Brunflobadet, Östbergsbadet, and Litsbadet. The adventure pool Storsjöbadet is the municipality's most visited tourist attraction with 240,000 annual visitors, making it an important part of the municipality's growth.
Position: 85% (Part-time)
Start Date: From 2026-07-27 or by agreement.
Duration: Two years
Working Hours: Varied, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
As a receptionist, you are the first of our employees to greet our guests in a service-oriented and professional manner. You will help our guests get a great start to their day at Storsjöbadet. You will administer our cash register and customer systems, invoice customers, and perform other tasks typical for a reception desk.
Qualifications
We are looking for a natural service person with at least six months of experience as a receptionist who enjoys meeting people. Therefore, it is important that you are relationship-building, outgoing, and able to communicate clearly when interacting with our guests. You should be able to adapt quickly to different situations that may arise; you are confident and possess self-awareness through personal maturity. We also value that you are stable, calm, and composed in stressful situations. To succeed in this role, you need analytical skills and good computer literacy, particularly when organizing data in customer systems. You have an education equivalent to upper secondary school level and work well with others thanks to your good teamwork skills.
Previous experience with booking and entrance systems is meritorious.
