We are now looking for a Customer Coordinator for our clinic in Östersund City. Here, you will become an important part of the customer's journey towards better vision and a key person in creating a positive experience from first contact to completed treatment.

About the role

As a Customer Coordinator, you are one of our most important contact persons for customers. You welcome and guide them through their visit to the clinic and support them in decisions regarding vision-correcting treatments and surgeries.

The role combines service, sales, and administration, and you work to create a professional, secure, and positive customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Receive and welcome customers at the clinic
• Provide service and guidance before and after examination and surgery
• Actively work with sales and conversion based on customer needs
• Register customers and handle administrative tasks in our systems
• Optimize bookings and ensure efficient customer flows
• Contribute to the clinic meeting set goals for customer satisfaction and sales

Who you are

We are looking for someone who loves meeting people and is driven by delivering top-class service. You are confident in sales situations and motivated by working towards clear goals and results.

To succeed in the role, we believe you:

• Have experience in sales and/or customer service
• Are trustworthy and have an easy time building good relationships

• Are a team player who contributes to a positive work climate

Experience from vision correction activities, eye care, or other healthcare operations is an advantage.
