WELCOME to our friendly health center – a small clinic with high competence and dedicated staff.
The health center is located by Lake Trekanten in Gröndal, close to the cross-train, subway, and buses. It is a county-administered result unit characterized by a good atmosphere and short decision-making paths.
We are now looking for a nursing assistant for our clinic and home care services.

Responsibilities:
All typical duties for a nursing assistant at the health center and in home care. This includes both independent work in the patient's home environment and teamwork. The position involves work at the reception with administrative tasks, as well as regular work in home care. Experience with sample collection and clinic work is required, as you may need to support the clinic or laboratory when necessary.
Employment type:
Permanent employment, the percentage of employment can be discussed. Probationary period may apply. Start date by agreement.
Qualifications
Nursing assistant certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare with good experience in wound care, sample collection, and other standard nursing assistant tasks.
Experience working in Swedish healthcare, preferably primary care, is meritorious.
Personal qualities:
We place great emphasis on professional treatment of both patients and colleagues. Planning and coordination are familiar concepts to you, and you are comfortable working independently and making your own decisions. Qualities such as sensitivity, flexibility, and thoroughness are valued. We prefer that you have a few years of professional experience, but personal suitability is highly weighted.

The position will be filled provided it is not needed for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.
For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Council (SLSO):
- Register checks are applied before employment decisions according to SLSO guidelines.
- Employees with patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination via occupational health services before employment.
- Good knowledge of Swedish (level C1 according to CEFR) is required, in addition to professional licensure. The same requirement applies to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
