Your responsibilities
We are now looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse and are interested in a role as a planner at Haverdal Home Care. As an assistant nurse, you will primarily work with daily care and support, where you will carry out approved interventions for our clients.
The work is mainly during daytime hours and includes weekend shifts, but evening work may occur.
In the role of planner, you will perform needs-based administrative work and continuous interventions. You will collaborate with other professions, such as nurses, rehabilitation teams, and social workers, to meet the needs of our clients. The assignment also includes planning daily staffing and handling unplanned absences. You will be responsible for planning the approved interventions for our clients in our planning tool, as well as using several other system tools. As a planner, you will actively participate in networks with other planners within home care.
The employment as an assistant nurse is permanent, and the assignment as a planner is time-limited to two years with the possibility of extension.
Your qualifications
To support the operations, we are now looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse and are also interested in the role of planner at the unit.
We would like you to have worked within home care and, through your experience, understand the prerequisites needed for planning. Previous experience in planning interventions or resource planning is meritorious. You have good computer skills and knowledge of systems such as Heroma and Intraphone. Knowledge and interest in business economics and digitalization are desirable.
To thrive in the role of assistant nurse with planning duties, you should enjoy a work environment with sometimes high work tempo and be able to solve unplanned events with good structural and planning skills. You balance orderliness and the ability to see the big picture with flexibility and humility. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, and find it easy to collaborate while taking personal responsibility and driving your work forward.
As a person, you are accommodating and responsive to those you work with and have the ability to create trust, security, and engagement among clients, staff, and partners. You have good communication skills both verbally and in writing and enjoy working in a role with many contact points.
Requirement for a driver's license for an automatic transmission car. You also need to be able to cycle, as the bicycle is used for interventions to clients in the local area.
We also value that you are a secure person with visions and interest in continued business development. We assume that you have a good attitude towards everyone and work according to the Home Care Administration's value base with the keywords - Trust, Respect, and Humility.
