About the job

As a dental assistant with us, you will support daily operations. This means your tasks may vary depending on the clinic's needs and your experience and competence. At its core, the role involves assisting dentists with basic tasks, working in the sterilization department, and handling reception duties.

About the workplace

Folktandvården Halland is divided into different operational areas, with the Kungsbacka and Varberg area located furthest north. The area includes the clinics Kolla, Fjärås, Åsa, Veddige, and Bua. All clinics collaborate closely regarding staffing and patients. We focus on good cooperation, business development, and employee training – we want it to be fun to come to work!

At Folktandvården, you will become part of a cheerful team with strong cohesion, an open atmosphere, and mutual trust in daily work. We work closely together, and everyone takes great responsibility for ensuring the clinic functions as well as possible and develops towards our common goals. As an employee in our operational area, you may be assigned to work at different clinics as needed.

About you

You must have at least a completed upper secondary education (high school diploma). Education in healthcare or dentistry is considered an advantage. We prefer that you have experience from dental or medical care, but this is not a requirement. To ensure good and safe communication with patients, colleagues, and other contacts, you must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

We are looking for a sensitive person with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work flexibly.

Beyond these competencies, we are primarily addressing you who have an interest in dentistry and perhaps see your future within our industry. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
