Apoteket Berguven is a hospital pharmacy with a central location and an important role in healthcare. Here, we meet a large number of prescription customers daily and work closely with both patients and healthcare staff. Here you will work with varied and sometimes complex cases, which makes the work both developing and meaningful.

The pharmacy is part of a group together with Apoteket i Strömstaren in Oskarström, which means close cooperation between the units. As an employee at Berguven, you will sometimes also support colleagues in Oskarström.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 08:00–19:00, Saturdays 10:00–16:00, Sundays 10:00–16:00.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer encounter.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer encounter, with care and understanding for people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Keep yourself updated on our range and our campaigns, to give customers the best possible help.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the daily work and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or dispensing chemist, with a clear interest in people, health, and medicine.

• You have either prior experience or are newly graduated.

• You have a warm and professional approach where you see every customer.

• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
