Are you a strategic and business-oriented Marketing & Communication Specialist looking to work in an international organization with significant societal impact? At Adecco, we are currently seeking a Marketing & Communication Specialist for our client, Siemens Energy, in Finspång. In this key role, you will develop and drive marketing and communication strategies for the energy solutions of the future.

About the role

As a Marketing & Communication Specialist, you play a central role in the business, acting as a strategic partner to the sales organization, product lines, and commercialization teams. You are responsible for developing and ensuring effective marketing strategies and messaging that strengthen Siemens Energy's global position in the Medium Gas Turbine (MGT) aftermarket.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape how the company's offerings are communicated and positioned in the global market, while contributing to the company's growth and transition towards a more sustainable future.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Act as a strategic partner to sales teams, product lines, and commercialization to ensure marketing supports business goals
• Develop and drive long-term marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives
• Create and implement go-to-market strategies for various markets and segments, such as data centers, oil & gas, and renewable energy
• Formulate and lead messaging strategies for global markets
• Ensure consistent brand communication in close collaboration with corporate communications
• Create and develop marketing materials such as customer cases, videos, presentations, and campaign assets
• Work with digital tools and contribute to developing workflows through automation and AI
• Benchmark marketing strategies against industry leaders and competitors
• Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration between global marketing teams
• Support product launches, events, user conferences, and internal training
• Manage and quality-assure content on digital platforms and portals

About you

We are looking for someone who is business-driven, analytical, and communicative, and who thrives in a role that combines strategy with operational execution. You have the ability to see the big picture while translating strategy into concrete and engaging communication.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Experience in strategic and operational marketing and communication work, preferably within B2B or the industrial sector
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and messaging platforms
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work cross-functionally and provide advisory support to various parts of the business
• Understanding of global markets and complex business models
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven approaches
• Interest in digitalization, AI, and modern marketing tools

This is a full-time consulting assignment starting on 2026-08-10 and ending on 2027-08-09.
