From their first encounter with the world of preschool, all the way through preschool class, primary school, and leisure-time centers, our employees do their utmost to ensure that every child and student receives the challenges and support needed to achieve their dreams and goals.

We are now looking for a new mother tongue teacher to instruct students in mixed-age groups in Lithuanian.

We place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate with all colleagues at the school. Teachers and study advisors work closely together in the daily school work. It is important that you contribute your experience, knowledge, and creative abilities in various ways to the development of the students and the operations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have/are:

• A certified teacher with qualifications to teach Lithuanian in mixed-age groups.
• Good knowledge of the curriculum.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Previous teaching experience is an advantage.

As a person, you are proactive and self-reliant. It is also important that you are structured and relationship-building. To succeed in the role, you must also have good collaboration skills and be quality-conscious. Mother tongue instruction takes place after school hours and in mixed-age groups at several schools in the municipality, so it is an advantage if you have a driver's license and access to a car. Study advising takes place during school hours.

For the role, it is important that you are open and have a strong commitment to advising and collaborating with our students. You have a desire to develop together with other colleagues at the school and are interested in the life situations, learning, and development of children and young people. You also have a very good ability to build relationships with other people, both adults and children.
