As group manager, you lead and distribute the daily work, with responsibility for personnel, working environment, and operational follow-up. You lead the group's work in monitoring medical technology products on the Swedish market, which is done in close dialogue with manufacturers and other EU authorities. Together with the unit manager and fellow managers, you drive the work to ensure quality and goal achievement, and actively contribute to the strategic development work for the entire unit and business area.

- experience working in a complex environment with many stakeholders, goals, and dependencies, requiring collaboration to achieve desired effects.
It is meritorious if you have a general understanding of medical technology regulations and personal experience with handling deviations, corrective and preventive actions, as well as safety reporting. Experience in introducing and using modern digital tools to streamline your and the operation's work is also meritorious. You express yourself well orally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
Your Personal Qualities
You are an engaged, courageous, and development-oriented leader, accustomed to working for change and development in dialogue with your employees and fellow managers. You have the ability to inspire and enthuse others and, in close collaboration with the operation, lead towards a clear vision. You are clear in your leadership and work with a holistic perspective in an unpretentious and attentive manner.
