Samhall exists to create a more inclusive labor market where everyone is seen as an asset. Our mission is to create meaningful jobs for people with disabilities. Every year, approximately 2,000 individuals are referred to us by the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). We provide them with a stable platform to stand on and the opportunity to train their skills and develop their competencies. The Role of Area Manager
As an Area Manager at Samhall, you are responsible for employees, customer relations, as well as operations and daily management. This means a varied, exciting, and operational role. You have a clear responsibility to develop your employees and to match the right employee to the right assignment. You also work on coaching your employees toward new jobs outside of Samhall, which is one of your most important goals. This coaching includes motivating, establishing business contacts for recruitment collaborations, and creating conditions for development through work and education.
In terms of customer responsibility, you are expected to develop cooperation with both existing and new customers. Depending on the nature and size of the assignments, you, as the Area Manager, are responsible for either one or several assignments. As the person responsible for operations, you ensure that the right person is in the right place and actively work to ensure a good working environment and satisfied customers.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Leadership experience, preferably with personnel responsibility
- Experience in sales and customer relations with good results
- Experience working operationally with personnel and customers
- At least upper secondary education
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
We believe you are passionate about leadership and the belief in people's ability to develop. You have a business-minded approach and know that satisfied customers are created through good deliveries and good relationships. You have the ability to develop and coach your employees and match the right person to the right assignment.
As a leader, you are driven and used to working independently based on a goal- and results-oriented mindset, while also being a team player who collaborates with others with a focus on the development of the district and market area. You enjoy making contacts and developing good relationships both internally and externally.

Type of employment: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period

Geographical location: This position is located at our office in Tierp, where you will spend approximately half of your working hours between 07:00–16:00. The rest of the time is spent out in the field with your customers and employees.
