Job Responsibilities

Your main job responsibilities are:

Networking and Business Contact

• Strategic Matching: Identifies and secures new placements for internships, work training, and subsidized employment in close collaboration with private companies and public actors.
• Relationship Management: Responsible for maintaining and deepening existing workplace collaborations through continuous follow-up and support to employers.
• Local Collaboration: Establishes and maintains a close dialogue with the municipality's business manager to align labor market initiatives with the needs of the local business community.

Structure, Systems, and Administration

• Placement Bank: Responsible for the setup, structuring, and quality assurance of a well-functioning and searchable placement bank.
• System Proficiency: Daily handling and documentation in the operational systems KLIPP and Viva for efficient case processing and follow-up.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaboration Forums: Initiates, structures, and represents the operation in various internal and external collaboration groups.
• Presentations: Accustomed to speaking in front of groups and creates pedagogical material to present the operation's goals and results to both the business community and internal partners.

As a natural "spider in the web," you are driven by creating sustainable collaborations that lead individuals closer to self-sufficiency through internships, work training, and subsidized employment. With high social competence and experience in municipal collaboration, you build strong bridges between the municipality's residents, operations, and the local business community.

As a placement strategist, you thrive in the role as the central contact point and have an easy time selling the concept of corporate social responsibility to companies. You have a natural ability to build trust, listen to needs, and meet people from different backgrounds in a professional manner. You see possibilities in every meeting and work purposefully to achieve the municipality's self-sufficiency goals.

Employment Terms and Conditions

• Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
• Duration: 6 months or longer.
• Start Date: According to agreement.
• End Date: 2028-06-30.
