Personal Assistant Wanted!
I am a 59-year-old man living about 10 km outside of Eskilstuna. I have a spinal cord injury and am paralyzed from the chest down.
I am currently looking for a personal assistant (aged 25–60) for a 50% position.
I use Saand Assistans as my agency, but I handle all new recruitment myself.
The schedule is a rolling two-week roster and looks like this:
Even weeks:
Thursday 16:00 to Friday 08:00
Odd weeks:
Thursday 16:00 to Friday 08:00
Sunday 16:00 to Monday 08:00
Night shifts are paid awake from 22:00–01:15 and 07:00–08:00. Between 01:15–07:00, it is sleeping on-call duty.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is important as communication between me and the assistant must work well.
Since I live in an area with poor bus connections, a driver's license or the ability to get a ride is required.
