The client is a 15-year-old boy living with his family in a villa just outside the city center of Eskilstuna. He is inventive and curious, loves learning new things, and is a true joy-bringer – yet authentic and completely unfiltered. He is helpful and enjoys being involved in cooking, experiences, and fun elements of daily life. He loves trotting (horse racing) and motorcycles, but also has his calm moments – preferably in front of the computer, TV, or with his family.

The client needs security, stability, and support. You assist him best by contributing to the creation of the calm and daily structure he needs to continue following the positive development curve that characterizes his life right now.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

As a personal assistant, you support him with daily routines such as cooking, laundry, cleaning, personal hygiene, and medication – while also overseeing his general health and well-being.

You mediate, clarify, and enhance understanding in social and private contexts when communication is not always sufficient. You participate in activities and daily adventures that contribute to a stimulating and meaningful everyday life.

The role requires you to be punctual and structured – but also to have a hidden talent for spontaneity and improvisation. You need to have a grounded respect for home, household, and fellow human beings. With sensitivity, curiosity, and the desire to balance humanity with professionalism, you will become a support for both the client and his family.

Previous knowledge of sign language or TakK (Total Communication) is meritorious but not required. If you have the openness and willingness to learn, you can develop this on the job.
