We are now looking for several personal assistants who are secure, responsible, and committed to their work for night wake shifts with a 27-year-old woman with severe epilepsy.

Our client is a happy, social, and caring young woman who values good relationships and a warm welcome. To feel safe at night, she needs assistants who are attentive, present, and able to act calmly and professionally when needed.

The job involves significant responsibility and suits you if you are observant, have good stress tolerance, and can maintain focus even during the quieter moments of the night. You need to be confident working independently and always keep the client's health and safety in focus.

• Are calm, stable, and responsible.

• Have a good ability to be alert and attentive throughout the entire work shift.

• Are confident in CPR and can act in emergency situations.

• Have experience from personal assistance, care, or social services, which is meritorious.

• Master Swedish well in speech and writing.

• Have a genuine interest in working with people and creating security in their daily lives.

• Active supervision and monitoring throughout the night.

• Care and support based on the client's individual needs.

• Observation and documentation according to current routines.

• Management of epileptic seizures according to instructions and delegations.

• Collaboration with colleagues, relatives, and management.

About the position:

Scope: 75% to start, with good opportunities to expand to full-time (100%).

Working hours: Night wake & weekend shifts (every other weekend) on a rolling schedule.

Double assistance: You work together with a colleague during your shifts, which creates security and good conditions for the work.

Workplace: The work is based at my home, but may also involve accompanying on camps, trips, and other activities.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the last application date; it runs as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
