Work Market Unit seeks facilitators for Drivhuset

Job Description

Drivhuset is Oxelösund Municipality's Work Market Unit. We offer support and activities to individuals who are outside the labor market, with the goal of strengthening their skills and opportunities for work, studies, and self-sufficiency.

In light of the national activity requirement being introduced for individuals receiving economic assistance, we are now seeking engaged facilitators.

Your mission will be to support, motivate, and activate participants to strengthen their path towards self-sufficiency and the labor market. The role has a clear and socially important purpose where you make a concrete difference every day.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Guiding and motivating participants in daily mandatory activities.
• Planning and structuring meaningful engagements, e.g., work training, civic orientation, or job seeking.
• Monitoring attendance and documenting participants' development according to current guidelines.
• Collaborating closely with social secretaries, the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), and local actors.
• Adapting tasks and providing individual support based on participants' unique prerequisites.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

Education: Post-secondary education in social work, pedagogy, behavioral science, or similar is required.

Experience: Previous work with the target group, work rehabilitation, integration, or counseling.

Competence: Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Additional language skills are a big plus.

Personal qualities: You are secure, pedagogical, and have a strong ability to build trusting relationships. You are also structured and can set clear boundaries with respect and empathy.
