Working hours: Variable. More information will be provided during the interview process.

Duration: Employment based on need. A 6-month probationary period applies.

This advertisement is for an existing stationary site in Eskilstuna. As our client grows, we need to recruit new skilled employees.

We work closely with our client, who has high demands on our delivery and service quality, while offering an exciting and challenging assignment. You will work together with the client, visitors, and contractors in daily operations, where a focus on service and physical security is the top priority.

Some knowledge and interest in technology, as well as good command of Swedish and English (both spoken and written), are required, as the client is English-speaking.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality service, is responsible, self-motivated, and accustomed to taking initiative. You should thrive working both independently and in a team. We value structure, problem-solving skills, and flexibility. Personal attributes will be given significant weight in the selection process.

Our requirements for this position:

You must be of legal age and have a clean criminal record* (according to FAP 573-2), be drug-free, and hold a high school diploma. Additionally, you need good proficiency in Swedish and English. To work at Avarn, you must be in good health and physical condition, have a sound financial situation, and hold a valid Category B driver's license.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Security Guard Training (VU1 + VU2), Protective Security Training, or other training from the security industry. Interest in technology and technical competence are also valued.

If you have the right profile for Avarn and move forward in the process, but do not yet possess the prescribed training (VU1, VU2), we will cover the cost of your training! Security Guard Training (VU1, 9 days) is conducted at BYA (The Security Industry's Vocational and Occupational Safety Committee). Participation in this training is a prerequisite for employment.

* To be employed by Avarn Security AB, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company, in accordance with the Act (1974:191) on Security Companies. The application to the County Administrative Board is handled by Avarn Security.
