Do you want to contribute to reducing health inequalities in the population?
Kista Health Centre is looking for a registered nurse at 50% to coordinate population-oriented initiatives and to work as a nurse at the health centre.
From autumn 2026, Kista Health Centre will participate in population-oriented initiatives. The purpose is to promote physical and mental health in the areas of Region Stockholm where the risk of ill health is greatest, thereby striving to reduce differences in health in the population. The initiatives also aim to increase trust in healthcare.
The initiatives involve spreading knowledge, engagement, and interest in health-promoting activities. You will collaborate with other healthcare providers, the Transcultural Centre, the municipality, civil society, and other actors. You will be the hub for the initiatives carried out by various employees at Kista Health Centre, and you will also participate in the initiatives yourself.

Kista Health Centre has just over 11,000 registered patients and is located in the middle of Kista Galleria. It takes about 17 minutes from the city center by subway, and there are good cross-connections by bus.
At the health centre, doctors, district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, receptionists, psychologists, and a rehabilitation coordinator work together. Job Responsibilities:
In addition to coordinating population-oriented initiatives at the health centre, you will also perform routine tasks for a nurse, such as reception work, triage, medical assessments, and telephone advice.
Documentation is done in Take Care, and we use the telephone system TeleQ.
Employment Type:
Permanent part-time employment at 50%.
Qualifications:
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare.
Experience working in primary care is highly meritorious. We would prefer that you have experience with the medical record system Take Care.
Personal Qualities:
Attributes: independence, good teamwork skills, good planning and administrative ability, and good ability to express yourself orally and in writing.

In patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area:
- A register check is applied before a decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
