Excavator Operator for Marine Construction Seeking

Do you thrive with varied workdays near the water, and are you a team player who always puts service first? We are now looking for an experienced and engaged excavator operator to join our client's well-established marine construction team. This is a temp-to-perm recruitment process with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.

About the Role

In the role of excavator operator within marine construction, you will work both in teams and independently on various projects along coasts and inland lakes. The work environment is characterized by variety and proximity to nature – a perfect role for you who likes to see concrete results from your work. The work is project-based, meaning you are expected to work "away" during the weeks. The standard schedule is Monday–Thursday. Travel days on Sundays may occur depending on the distance to the project.

Responsibilities

• Dredging
• Piling from a pontoon (prom)
• Coastal construction works

Qualifications

• Excavator license is required
• Experience in marine construction is an advantage
• Class 8 boat driver's license is an advantage
• C-license and YKB (Swedish certification for heavy machinery operators) are advantages
• You are service-oriented and have good collaboration skills
• You are meticulous and have an eye for safety
