We are now looking for a responsible nursing assistant for the Night Patrol, an organization belonging to ordinary housing within the Elderly and Care Administration. We operate from the premises of the Safety Center located at Mariestad Hospital.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the Night Patrol, there are nine colleagues working shifts, distributed across five cars. We mostly work in pairs, but some solo work is also performed. The Night Patrol covers the entire municipality.

Main responsibilities include;

• Conducting scheduled supervision visits to residents living in ordinary housing.
• Personal care
• Delegated healthcare tasks
• Responding to alarms received by the Safety Center
• Documentation and oral reporting

The work involves close collaboration with your other colleagues in the Night Patrol, the Safety Center alarm operators, and the night nurses. Your working hours are between 21:15–07:15.

The position we are filling is full-time with the possibility of part-time hours, permanent, and starting as soon as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for a position with us, we require that you are a trained nursing assistant. You have work experience from home care services and possess good and versatile care knowledge.

The job requires that you can adapt your approach and way of working to each individual. You must also be able to switch quickly if something urgent happens. As a person, you are empathetic, positive, and confident in your interactions with individuals.

You should be engaged, responsible, and proactive, with a positive attitude towards your work. Together with your colleague, you make night work both fun and meaningful for both patients and colleagues!

Since ongoing documentation is important, we look for someone with high digital maturity who masters the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

A driver's license (Category B) is required for the position.
