Närhälsan offers high-quality primary healthcare close to home. With hundreds of clinics in Västra Götaland, we are close to residents throughout their lives and make a difference to their health. We care for you and offer development throughout your professional life.
About Us
Närhälsan Öjersjö Health Centre opened in December 2023 in completely new premises and is one of Närhälsan's "digiphysical" health centres. The health centre is located in a new residential area, Gökegård in Öjersjö, an attractive part of Partille with good connections to Gothenburg and nearby towns.
We work largely digitally with e-services such as video visits, self-check-in, self-monitoring, iCBT, 1177, as well as a chat function and online triage. If needed, we also offer physical visits where patients can meet treatment nurses with extended delegation, meaning they can book in more patient visits than is normally possible for a nurse.
We drive the development of the health centre together, value good collaborations, and work in cooperation with Öjersjö's preschools and the meeting place Kåsjögården in Öjersjö. We offer an stimulating and developing workplace with high competence and community.

About the Job
We offer digital care when possible and physical care when needed. The combination of digital and physical working methods is based on the patient's needs and the profession's medical assessment. We offer flexible working solutions and, depending on operational needs, there may be an opportunity to work part-time remotely. Your tasks mainly consist of work at the health centre and cover a broad field, including general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and situations.
You work in health promotion, advisory, and treatment roles in primary care. Slightly more than half of your patient work is done digitally via chat and digital visits. In addition, you also contact patients via phone, at the clinic, and through home visits.
The tasks involve largely independent work with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. You collaborate closely with your colleagues at the unit and in the cross-professional team, as well as with other actors such as home care and other specialist care.
About You
You are a registered nurse. Experience from working in primary care is meritorious.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative and is confident in making independent decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can prioritize your tasks effectively.
In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, sensitive, and have a desire to help others. You thrive in teamwork and have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener during digital meetings and visits at the clinic. We would appreciate it if you have an interest in digitalization and operational development.
A professional working method and good treatment of customers, patients, and colleagues is a matter of course for you. We also expect you to live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.
Other
The position is a hourly employment (timanställning).

About the Recruitment Process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates to a phone interview. The hiring manager then makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the health centre.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe concrete situations as much as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
