We are looking for a colleague who thrives in a team environment and is open to working as a nursing coordinator (omvårdnadsansvarig) in municipal primary care within permanent housing.

The Rehabilitation and Health unit in Töreboda Municipality has accumulated extensive experience, bringing together nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. QUALIFICATIONS:

A university education leading to a nursing degree and professional license. Specialist training as a district nurse or geriatric nurse is an advantage.

You must be able to work across the municipality's entire operations based on your profession. You should have good verbal and written communication skills, be responsible, and have the ability to collaborate effectively in a team. Personal suitability will be given great weight.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a nursing coordinator, you work closely with patients and nursing staff in daily work. We operate from an activating approach within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each individual can remain as independent as possible. We strive for close care in the patient's home environment.

DRIVER'S LICENSE:

A Category B driver's license is required.
