About Us

Närhälsan Majorna Rehabilitation Clinic is centrally located in Gothenburg's fishing harbor with good connections. The clinic is located directly adjacent to Närhälsan Majorna Health Center, which is one of the health centers we collaborate with. For us, it is important that we jointly create and develop both the operations and each other, while also having fun at work. We are eleven physiotherapists, four occupational therapists, a speech therapist, and two clerks, and we are looking for another physiotherapist for our operations and hope you want to apply to us!

About the Job

Your tasks are to assess and treat patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you encounter as a physiotherapist are: problems and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental ill-health. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal plan for rehabilitation is created.

The work is located at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits. It is also relevant to meet patients at the health center one day a week. Patient treatment takes place both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at our own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and primary care, it is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates. If you have supervisor training, that is also an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is receptive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Furthermore, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work in an effective and organized manner based on the operations' goals. Since the workload varies and unexpected events may occur, we see that you are flexible and independent.

A professional working method and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues is a matter of course for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates to a telephone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
