About the Recruitment Process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters at the HR department who call current candidates for a telephone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and calls for an interview at the health centre.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
