About the Workplace

The home care service in Töreboda and Moholm consists of several work groups where nursing assistants and care staff work to help users in their daily lives. You will work independently but also as part of a multiprofessional team with a focus on the user's independence and self-reliance.

We are looking for you, a nursing assistant who wants to be part of our team, with a start date from September 1st or as agreed.

In the home care service, we offer annual working hours and flexible employment percentages, giving you the opportunity to influence your working hours. We use flexible schedules covering days, evenings, and weekends.

As an employee of Töreboda Municipality, you receive a wellness allowance.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant in home care, you are involved in daily planning based on the user's needs in the Lifecare/LMO system. Our approach is characterized by an activating and rehabilitative perspective where the individual's own knowledge and abilities are prioritized. Exercise, motivation, and social interaction are important ingredients.

• Meet the individual care and nursing needs of users in their homes
• Perform delegated healthcare interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act
• Palliative care at the end of life
• Documentation and other administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title
• Category B driver's license
• Basic digital competence
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

You are a responsible and service-oriented nursing assistant who puts the individual's needs at the center. You collaborate well with colleagues, users, relatives, and other partners both within and outside the organization. We expect you to be good at building relationships and treating others with respect. Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude are also required.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you can expect a salary between 27,800 – 33,000 SEK depending on experience and competence. Individual salary setting applies.
