Today, we have approximately 70 employees working together to provide our customers with a secure daily life. We are growing and looking for more assistant nurses who want to become part of our team. About the Role

As an assistant nurse at Nyckeln Hemtjänst, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Performing personal care and assisting customers with personal hygiene.
• Preparing meals and providing support with daily tasks at home.
• Documenting interventions and following up on customers' needs according to company procedures.
• Grocery shopping or accompanying customers on activities and errands.
• Performing cleaning, laundry, and other household-related services.
• Contributing to social interaction and creating security in customers' daily lives.
• Working both independently and together with colleagues during double staffing.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing every customer with a professional, secure, and respectful approach. You work based on the customer's individual needs and ensure that care is delivered with high quality. You are also responsible for correct documentation and adhering to the company's routines and guidelines.

Requirements

• Completed education as an assistant nurse.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in elderly care or home care services.
• Good computer skills for documentation purposes.

• Holds a protected professional title as an assistant nurse from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Speaks additional languages, preferably Finnish.
• Has previous experience in home care.

• Working Hours: Rolling schedule with morning and evening shifts, plus two weekends per month
